Minneapolis, MN — A standoff that reportedly started at dawn with a man barricaded in his house ended around 1 p.m. today when federal agents killed him as he exited his home. Unicorn Riot is on the scene in North Minneapolis near Dupont and Dowling Avenues.
The FBI and possibly also Minneapolis Police officers and/or Hennepin County Sheriff’s deputies reportedly shot a person in North Minneapolis during a large police operation. While it’s unclear what the man was shot with or why the operation took place, video captured officers performing CPR and moving a police vehicle in front of the victim.
