Announcing the The Creeker Companion and a call for submissions for Creeker #2, which covers the ongoing struggle against logging of old-growth forest on Pacheedaht and Ditidaht land. For more info, follow Fairy Creek Blockade.
We are happy to announce the release of The Creeker Companion to tide folks over until the release of Creeker Vol 2. The Companion is intended as a sort of companion reader to Creeker and is a collection of essays found from various sources on a variety of topics relevant to land defenders and covers topics from history to security culture.

For Creeker Vol 2, we aspire to present a mix similar to Creeker Vol 1. We invite submissions of art, personal reflection, analysis, news, stories, nostalgia, and any other format that you find appealing. While we will gladly accept all submissions (with no promises of publication), we would especially like to solicit more art, stories, anti-authoritarian perspectives, report-backs from this past fall/winter. As well, the scope may reach beyond Fairy Creek, so that pieces may be related more tangentially. The deadline for submissions for Vol 2 is April 17. Submissions can be sent to creekerzine [at] protonmail [dot] com.
